Company History

My Journey

Founded in 2017 as Eike Feldmann Coaching, my company began with a simple yet powerful mission: to help individuals maintain their health through personalized 1:1 coaching. As a pharmacist, I’ve always been passionate about promoting well-being, and this foundation naturally shaped the early days of our services.

As time went on, our focus expanded. What started as health coaching evolved to encompass a broader range of services, particularly in the realm of work and career development. By 2018, we were collaborating with companies, universities, and individuals to address leadership challenges and foster a healthy work-life balance. This period also marked the beginning of my speaking engagements at universities and the organization of meet-ups and workshop events across Europe, in partnership with friends and business associates. All while holding full-time leadership positions at AstraZeneca.

In 2021, alongside my business partner Laura Beyer, I co-launched the podcast Zwei Coaches Quatschen, providing a platform to share insights and experiences in coaching. During this time, I also expanded my coaching expertise into community-driven projects, working with children in socially disadvantaged areas of Hamburg—an experience that was both enriching and inspiring.

In 2022, I returned to my pharmaceutical roots and began building my pharmaceutical consultancy. Today, our company offers a unique blend of services that integrate coaching, change management, and pharmaceutical expertise. I continue to enjoy 1:1 mentoring sessions, and my favorite projects are those where I can leverage my background as a Qualified Person (QP) as well as a Coach to support pharmaceutical companies in their change journeys.

This story is one of growth and adaptation, driven by a commitment to helping others thrive—whether it’s through personal health coaching, career development, or guiding companies through complex transitions.
